Submission Guideline

How to Submit your Paper

  • Download the Full Paper Template for proceedings and read a guidelines
  • Prepare your manuscript in English. Please ensure that your abstract does not contain grammatical and language errors.
  • Send your paper to email. The email subject is the title of your abstract and write a short summary in body email. Please attach the abstract.

Reviewing Process

  • All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer-reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
  • Review comments will be communicated to you and you may require to do necessary revisions and send revised paper on or before prescribed day.

Rules of Poster

  • Please bring your printed poster with you to the conference. poster size: standing (potrait) A1 (59.4 cm x 84,1 cm).
  • You can hang your poster from 08.00 am on 23th September 2025 and must take it down by 17.15 pm on 24th September 2025.
  • The poster is written in English and includes the title, author, institution, introduction, objectives, methods, results and discussion, and references.

Registration

  • To register for the international conference, participants must complete the online registration form available on the official conference website.
  • They are required to provide personal details, affiliation, and contact information. Additionally, participants must select their registration category and make the necessary payment following the provided guidelines.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration, including details on conference access and further instructions. For inquiries, participants may contact the conference organizing committee via the provided email address. (Click here)

If You Are Not Hearing From Us

Please call the conference in case you do not receive an acknowledgment/follow-up email from the conference secretariat after sending in your abstract, registrations or inquiry within 3 days. Please check your spam/junk folder in prior to making inquiries regarding your concern.

We will send you regular updates regarding the conference development. Please go through the said updates and plan your schedule well ahead of time. Make sure to provide your mobile phone number in your registration form, this will enable our team to contact you if you should have any issues regarding your abstract or registration.
